Single sign-on

No separate client-side software needs to be installed. Registration for ALOS-Workflow is a single sign-on process, identifying the client from windows logon. Any applications and processes - such as ERP systems, bookkeeping or electronic archives - are easily integrated. Data from a variety of systems can be integrated into the electronic workflow. Compared to other internal ERP system workflows, this solution addresses clients without access to the ERP solution.

Reviewing business processes

ALOS-Workflow reliably controls and reviews all document-based processes, involving the right employee at the right time. This avoids slack in document processing and improves customer service. Any process that involves more than two employees in a company will benefit from ALOS-Workflow, optimising process transparency.
