Individual departments in the company can use these individual solutions together, forming a complete integrated information stream replacing paper-based routines by digital processes. All of the information necessary is available to anyone who needs it, digitally, at any time. Incoming post, for example, can be digitised; the content extracted from the electronic image and forwarded as well as processed before being archived in a completely electronic process.
