Extraction solutions are a field of specialisation at ALOS. Modular design

Our software follows a modular design scheme, and is flexible for extension to match scan volume and requirement. Our software products support almost all known document scanners, giving you high flexibility in your choice of scanning hardware. Images are already optimised during the scanning process, which mainly consists of straightening, cutting off edges and cleaning the image from dirt as well as brightness and contrast adjustment. The system delivers high-quality results without time-consuming manual adjustment in configuration and rescanning, producing images that are especially important for subsequent recognition and extraction.

Minimal manual indexing

The software uses state-of-the-art technology for document recognition to keep manual indexing to a minimum. This includes reading barcodes, recognising form boilerplates and evaluating form-based documents. This means that the relevant data can be extracted and processed from almost any type of document. Classifying incoming post according to keywords as well as extracting the complete content from an incoming invoice at head and position level ensures high-performance document and data extraction at production level.

A variety of export interfaces

Data and documents extracted are immediately available for further processing in target systems as well as archiving. The system includes a wide variety of export interfaces as standard for large-scale goods management, financial, ERP and DMS systems. We have our own IT specialists to implement and realise individual requirements from customers on information extraction.
Complete data capturing solutions by ALOS are used as backend-independent, flexible scanning subsystems in industry, trade, financial services and other scan-service-provider.
