Document classification

ALOS supplies an intelligent classification solution for incoming mail and digital distribution. Unsorted document batches are scanned, and their document type for each document is automatically recognised. The document can be classified according to format, certain features or the content of the document itself. The solution supports keyword and full-text search in classification. Documents are automatically allocated to their respective downstream processes. Index information can also be extracted according to task, making document searches in an archive easier.
